COVID-19 SALON SAFETY GUIDELINES

For your health and safety the Zinc staff will continue to wear masks during your service

PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Please stay home and call to reschedule your appointment:

  • if you or a family member is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms including sore throat, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, fever, or loss of taste or smell.

  • if you have been in contact with someone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

• If you are not feeling 100% healthy, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment once you’re feeling well again. Cancellation fees will be waived due to illness.

• Please come to your appointment alone to help us maintain proper physical distance.

• Please come to the salon on time to help reduce crowding in the front desk area.

• Wash or sanitize your hands when you come into the salon. We have hand sanitizer conveniently placed near the front door.

DURING YOUR SERVICE

• Masks are optional for staff members but if you are not comfortable please let us know and we can put one on for you :)

• We clean all areas that you come into contact after every use including cutting chairs and wash stations. We clean all other areas of the salon frequently throughout the day.

Please be patient with us as we will be doing our best to give you a happy, safe and relaxing experience.
